The order went through without any real issues, but a few parts of the process were kind of unclear. I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at a couple of steps, and then I had to wait longer than expected for the confirmation email to show up. It did come through eventually, but the delay was frustrating

For me, this place works fine if you're just grabbing drinks, but I personally found it a bit awkward for eating. I'd probably come back for a casual drink, just not for food.

I had to follow up a couple times to get my refund after sending the items back. Support did get back to me, but it was kind of slow, and I had to explain the situation again, or, actually, I had to explain it twice, which was a bit frustrating. The money did come through in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish the refund process had been clearer and a little quicker.

Funny enough, I was trying them before going out to dinner and ended up spending more time messing with these than picking an outfit. They might help with other tooth issues, but if you’re getting them specifically for gaps, I’d say don’t expect too much.
